Ashley is such a cutie pie with a great personality. Her adult coat is coming in beautifully and appears to be naturally shorter hair which requires very little grooming. She had a bath and a brush before her photoshoot, but no scissors were involved! In fact, she's never gotten a haircut other than a little trim around her eyes as needed. Her short hair makes her a much lower maintenance Yorkie pup than usual. If it stays like this, which it very well may, you can look forward to saving a fortune at the groomer.
In regard to her personality, Ashley is very affectionate and a touch mischievous. Her ears stand straight up and move expressively to communicate her emotions. She also tilts her head adorably when she's curious - which she often is. She's a dainty little thing and always has been. When she was younger, she didn't like roughhousing and was very vocal about it to the other puppies, effectively setting boundaries with them with her tiny little growl when they tried to play rougher than she liked. Now she has very polite and respectful relationships with her friends Tina, Sasha, and Bunny and very much enjoys playing with them at puppy playtime.
