Mischief is this kid's middle name. Rascal is a whirlwind of energy ready to keep you endlessly entertained. He loves attention and will need and demand it so we wouldn't recommend him as a low maintenance pet. He requires a lot but only because he has so much to give in return. He is ready to love a human of his own with all his tiny little heart.
